  I have my dream home today thanks to the amazing effort of Robert Weinberg and the staff at Benchmark Mortgage. If your looking for a honest professional to handle every aspect of your mortgage needs you will definitely want to call Robert. From the first phone call I made, to the day of the closing I was consistently informed on every aspect of the mortgage and the process.   Let me start off by stating I'm an individual who asks an abundance of questions and expects a lot of information and elaboration - I found my match with Robert W. Robert has been quite helpful, PATIENT, understanding, communicative, knowledgeable, and when it was time to break things down for me - he was able to do so! Robert always kept me in the loop, contacted me when needed, and went that extra mile. When he tells you he's going to call, text, or email he means it. It's such a hassle looking for the "perfect" home but you find some relief knowing your loan officer is on the same page as you and working with you every step of the way :) Prior to taking the next step with Benchmark Mortgage I reached out to a couple lenders as well. While I received an email, Benchmark had the greatest reviews whether it was from Google or social media. I do not regret working with Rob and I'm so glad he checks in with me even AFTER I closed on my home. I definitely recommend Benchmark Mortgage!

  Rob was amazing!! I was in a very bad place financially. He put together a plan that not only got me out of debt with credit cards but allowed me extra money every month. He was caring, knowledgeable, and very professional. His rapid fire communication never left me waiting a second for anything. I was very blessed to have him come to my rescue!!! Highly recommend!!

  Robert is a great person to work with. He is very expressive on how the situation works out and how organizing he is. He is very easy to contact and will respond immediately to your calls. If you have any question, he is the person with the answers. You can always count on Robert. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for loans.   This was the second time we have had the pleasure of working with Robert Weinberg regarding our mortgage. I thought the first time we worked with Robert was the easiest financial transaction my wife and I have ever experienced but, our most recent transaction was a carbon copy of the first. Robert and his associates are knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The transaction took less than a month to complete and we were able to lower our term and payment overall.   This was our 2nd time using Rob and Benchmark Mortgage. Rob made this process simple and concise. We were able to take 7 years off our original mortgage, which places my husband I right where we want to be to pay off our home.
