  We moved from Utah to Michigan due to the military.Mr. Williams assisted my family in I before we even arrived to Michigan. Any Questions and concerns that we had Mr.Williams handled quickly and professionally. This was not are first move or house experience. I would recommend Mr.Williams of anyone else. Outstanding person and extremely knowledgeable! It’s been 3 years since we bought the house and Mr.Williams still checks in on us. Awesome human!

  Ben specializes in assisting people who have been in the military. He was able to give me a lot of information and was very delightful to do business with. He took all of my concerns into consideration while helping me find my first house. Ben helped everything go smoothly as possible with all of the issues we ran into. I don't know what we would have done without him. I love my house.

  Ben Williams is not the type of real estate agent you want to hire. If you have a problem in the process after the sale he will shrug you off and insult you over text messages. When confronted he will call you names and tell you it’s to bad for you. In my instance the home inspector missed many issues that Cost me thousands to remedy. The home inspection company even offered me a refund but it was not accepted because they wanted me to sign a release. This clear inspection report affected the price of the home sale by over 25,000$. Giving the seller negotiating advantage when previously other inspectors had caught these issues and the failure to repair by the owners killed the deals. As a disabled veteran on a fixed income and a single father these repairs killed my savings account further damaging my family. I left a one star review because Ben bills himself as some one who will help veterans and be a good solid person you can trust but in the time of need he turns tail and runs to the other side. He will insult you and call you a coward and will tell you to “do something about it”. Repairs missed by inspector and marked as good: Leaks in water pipes in basement Unsealed basement windows that had flooded previously leaving water damage to flooring. Ground level windows that cannot be closed or open with mechanisms needing replacement. Master toilet doesn’t flush Properly need to be replaced. Urine saturation of hall bathroom, had to tear out flooring and vanity replace subfloor. Severely aged carpets with 1cm thick layer of dust and completely degraded carpet padding in 4 rooms needed complete floooring replacement. Garage access door doesn’t lock , broken tang and cracked frame. Obsolete air conditioning system that is broken and cannot be repaired. Needs complete replacement. Broken washing machine. On top of that the home owners left so much trash and property behind I was forced to hire a construction dumpster to get it all out costing 400$. All this during the covid shut downs, I was completely taken advantage of and when I wanted to seek remedy I was insulted and abandoned by my legal agent for the sale. I highly suggest another agent with more professional and loyal qualities. P.s. this wasn’t a cheap house I paid 385,000$. My initial offer was 368,000$ , the inspectors clear report gave negotiating power to the seller. If I had known of the extensive repairs I would have withdrawn my offer.
