  Ben and his team did a fantastic job getting us into our mortgage. Despite covid's best efforts - dealing them some serious blows - they flexed mid-process and were back on track immediately. We utilized their 'rate-lock' program approximately 6 months ago. The closing went perfectly this morning and the attorney even made it fun. 10/10

  I just Closed on my first home today. I have been working with Ben since November, and his team held my hand every step of the way. He truly has clients best interest at heart. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Thank you Ben for making my family dreams come true. Update- after I closed, Ben cut off all communications with me. I have called him on 2 separate occasions, and he will not call me back. This is sad because I wanted to connect some other veterans with his firm. He is nice during the process but treats you like a stranger afterwards.

  The Ben Bell team was absolutely AMAZING. Anytime we had questions, someone was there to answer them. The process went so smooth with them, I felt like it was one of the easiest things I have ever done! I was nervous because I was always told that buying a home was hard/frustrating/stressful.. but we didn't feel any of that with this great team!!! 10/10 recommend!

  Ben was great since the beginning! He was very communicative and kept my updated all the time, i came from having a bad experience with another lender and he showed me that buying a house didn't have to be difficult! He made the process smooth and quick and even with some time constraints he was able to meet all deadlines we had. He and his tieam are always on top of everything and are always contacting you to let you know where you are in the process. If i had to go through the whole process of buying a house i would totally chose them again. Thank you for being amazing!
