  I absolutely enjoyed working with Pierre. He was personable, informative and truly a class-act. I'm very apprehensive when it comes to my business and money. I've owned many times before and Pierre was the first to actually engage me in the process every step. He asked relevant questions and provided thoughtful feedback which made me feel he truly had my best interest at heart.   Pierre saved my family from making a huge costly mistake in the home buying process! We had a prior pre approval from another lender that had red flags everywhere. Not only was Pierre able to get us a better rate he saved us so much money. We had a delay in our closing process that was not our fault and Pierre went out his way to make sure we were included in the process and was on top of following up with the right people so that we could close timely. He even delayed his trip with his family to ensure we would close on time. He made our family his top priority and went to bat for us when we’re facing seller caused delays! My family is so grateful to Pierre for all he did to get my family into our first home! All because of Pierre and the amazing team at Bell Bank we were able to close the day before Christmas Eve! We highly recommend Pierre!

  Such a quick, easy experience from beginning to end! Professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, this is the second home I bought with Pierre and I wouldn't have it any other way. His processor Gail is also amazing, when our closing was moved up she answered emails on the weekend to make sure I was up to date with anything outstanding. Pierre is also very speedy. We must have looked at 30 homes and every time we wanted to write an offer, he was available to get the personalized pre-approval and figures over. We received disclosures and estimates promptly and every question I had was answered. If you are considering loan options, look no further. Thank you for everything!

  We had a fantastic experience working with Pierre! We were selling/buying a home at the same time, so there were a lot of people involved, and Pierre was organized, had all the answers and was in contact with all the parties involved.   Pierre at Bell Bank was phenomenal at explaining the entire process to us! Every time i was concerned and/or felt stressed about the whole ordeal he would pull me back together and made sure the process was not draining me out. He's very patient, kind, SUPER responsive (very important to a person like me), and answered every question that i had in great details!   I have been in the process of refinancing for just over a year now. Everyone turned us down because small businesses are being scrutinized due to the pandemic.
