      Very friendly staff at this location. Great service overall, and the ATM machines have access after hours. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot both during the day, and especially at night. I took photos at night just to show you how well lit the area is. Police officers are constantly patrolling the parking lot at night, so the area feels safe overall.

      The atm encountered a problem while I was in the process of depositing money and the machine stopped my transaction but kept my money. I was told i had to wait in line to be helped. I sat in line for over an hour, making me late to pick up my kids and the associate wasn't even able to help me once she called me up. The whole experience was very frustrating and the bank associates were not quick to assist anyone in the line. ** updating the review to 3 stars as the manager was quick to follow up to resolve the issue.

      Branch forces you to use ATM to deposit money. When ATM has problems, MGR is unavailable due to working as a teller. A 2 minute deposit takes over 30 min. I would reconsider opening an account here.

      Slow! No tellers available. Reps are too busy being “overly friendly” in an attempt to compensate for lack of services available. Time to look for another Credit Union. Slogans and rhetoric are no substitute for service.

      I just bought a car and BECU was able to give me an amazing rate, even comparing with my regular bank. I came in and made a walk-in appointment to get my account set up fully to make payments, and Angela was amazing! She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She gave me all of my options on how to set up auto pay as well. She also got my fiancés truck refinanced on the spot for a better rate. Super awesome first experience working with BECU!

      Great service at this branch. Steve, the branch manager is really knowledgeable, patient, and friendly that helped us with what we needed. He even stayed 30 minutes overtime after they closed to help us complete everything. I recommend making an appointment if you're using this branch rather than just walk in because they are really busy. They are always packed every time when I go there.

      Thomas Carraway was AMAZING! Helpful, patient, friendly, and over the top outstanding for customer service. We had several accounts paid, off, started, and transfered and he was able to take care of it all. Props to BECU for having such an outstanding employee that was all about the customers! We will continue to bank with BECU because of him.

      Their atm ate my money. I was told to wait in line to be helped with the rest of the people there for banking. I was late for work. Not sure what their protocols are for dysfunctional atms, but they need a better system, if there is a better way. Not in very much of hurry to help people. Edit: In response to the business reply Once I was seen, your employees were incredibly nice to me and I appreciate that. I was just in so much of a hurry that I got incredibly frustrated and already having a bad week. I wanted to convey that I wasn't unbearably upset, I just wish there was a better way to address the situation although I know there is a wait to be seen system. For someone just trying to run in really quick for something, it can be off-putting and just wish there was something better in place for those occasional mishaps, which may not even be possible or would be very difficult, I understand. I thank you for your curtsey nonetheless

      We are six members of my family, We all have a BECU account and all of us opened the account with Alex Lepe in Lacey WA. This person is very professional and patient. I visited the branch yesterday with my son because somebody hacked his account and Alex had a solution like always. Anytime time we have an issue Alex has the solution. I wish I had more workers like him in my company.
