Arcade Denali Hunter5The staff at this location went above and beyond to help me. I came in right around closing time in a rush, I had to replace a card after mine was stolen. Nikayla R. was so incredibly kind and patient, and she helped me get a new card printed even though it took time past closing to get it to me. Her willingness to help saved me a whole lot of trouble and made my day!

Colin T1BECU was unable to deposit my check for a car loan. They made me open a savings account to deposit the check then they refused to cash the check I had to use their kiosk to deposit the check because their teller didn't want to do it. 1 moth later I got a letter my check wasn't cashed and I had to call to fix it. Waste of time. I use US BANK and am VERY SATISFIED. BECU is lazy.

Mari Maeda1Customer service at the office is decent. But it is nearly impossible to get online or telephone help. You have to have a patience of a saint to work with them.

Geoff Landskov5Great credit union and I've always had great experiences at this location. During this pandemic I needed to get a document notarized and their procedures and policies felt like they kept both myself and their staff safe. I was helped by Sheryll who was very professional and was able to get my document notarized within 5 minutes of walking in the door.

Bre Goss5We have both personal and business accounts at this branch of BECU. We have always enjoyed their staff and the convenience of being able to go in at any time and be able to use the ATM machines. My only desire is that I wish I could take increments of $5 and $10 out - instead of just $20.00. When I have transactions that need to be $225.00, or $230.00 this can get hard as I have to get more or less money then I need. I absolutely love the online payment system. So easy to use.

Ilya M5Professional, efficient, courteous, and awesome banking team! There were a few misunderstandings (on my part) when several bank accounts and a loan were set up. The team figured everything out quickly and efficiently, then reset up some accounts to make things simpler and apologized for the confusion. Unmatched services and customer service! Thank you!

Jessi Moses1This bank has the worst security system for their debit cards. I have never had a bank account that has had so many fraudulent charges deducted from my account. On top of that they charge you NSF’s when you have money in your account. Don’t deposit checks with a high amount because they have no problem holding on to YOUR money.

J. M.1I give them a lot of money (all of mine) and not being able to visit or call without an hour wait or outside normal hours is a deal breaker. You seem to offer less benefits than a normal bank, not more....
