  My wife and I recently purchased a house with Gary. He was able to find us a house in a very tight market that met all of our needs. Gary was a huge help to us through the entire process from offer to close. This along with suggestions of local contractors to help us with some work we wanted to have done, Gary doesn't miss a thing.   We purchased our home about 2 years ago from Gary and his team. We couldn’t be more happy with all the services that they provided! They were very helpful, we did literally nothing but sign the paperwork. Great experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else when buying or selling your home in the Twin Lakes area!

  We worked with Earl Garrison and he is the best! When we originally went out in June to check out the area he showed us houses to give us an idea of what was available in our price range When we went back out in November he showed us upwards of 30 houses and we ultimately purchased a home over Thanksgiving. He is thorough and caring - as we are out of state he has been more than willing to help coordinate appraisal, inspection and fence construction. I would recommend Earl to anyone in the Lakeview, Bull Shoals, Mountain Home area looking to buy a house The Beaman Team is the way to go.
