      Truly the most un educated, trashy, un-professional bank I’ve witnessed. There mobile app would not accept a check - so they would not deposit it at back or cash it. Made me call their customer service while in the drive thru? When I’m at their establishment… the customer service was rude and inexperienced. Still nothing done with my check - and no help provided for how to get my money. Bank anywhere else.

      Service fees to use the teller machine to withdraw funds from my own bank are ridiculous. Bank Updates online account and now I can't access my own account. The list goes on. I should have never opened an account at this bank. The inly good thing are the employees being so nice.
