  My husband and I recently purchased our first home after we moved from overseas; he was in the process of retiring from the military. We spoke to many lenders who told us that because our price point was significantly more than my husbands retirement would be (I’m a stay at home mom) and because my husbands civilian job wasn’t starting for a month or so, it wouldn’t be possible. To make matters more complicated, he was in what the military calls terminal leave status. Needless to say, they came through and came through big! The team we worked worth (Isabelle, Dana & Camille) was always quick to respond to my million questions. This was a stressful move and they made purchasing our home a lot less stressful!

  An exemplary mortgage brokerage. I used them to buy my first home and could not be happier. Avoid the "preferred" lender and SHOP YOUR MORTGAGE, ideally shop your mortgage using folks that excel in the business of shopping mortgages...at DDD! They are super knowledgeable when it comes to Texas housing laws especially. Jason, my LO, was beyond fantastic, communicated well during the whole process (available almost 24/7), locked in a great rate, and kept the wheels rolling the entire process. Amy, my originator, took care of the underwriters and kept things smooth. Chris (the owner) is also a stand-up guy, honest, kind, and pure class. These people aren't looking for easy commission: they are honestly out for your best interests. They care about educating you on the process just as much as they care about closing your loan. To top it off, they provided this level of service during the plague. Do I really need to say more?
