  ...Say good customer service is NOT important for a small banking branch, such as this BB&T in Burke VA. If BB&T disagrees with me, then I'm giving this branch just one star and it is for the free checking account. Tellers here exhibit extremely poor quality in Customer Service, unfortunately, they are the only people I'm seeing every time there. I don't think I will be using BB&T much longer and solely because this branch has... let's say, unethical workers. Therefore, I won't be needing the free checking account anymore, so zero star is what I am actually giving. However, Google says I cannot give "0". I have no choice but giving one.

  Best customer service ever . Love to go there they are very helpful. I recommend this branch. Want be disappointed .

  Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else. You are considered important until they think they can get something out of you. Once they think you're no longer good enough to bait, they disregard and don't respond to emails or calls. TERRIBLE!
