  I’ve had bad luck dealing with pawn shops in the past but every time i come here they never let me down. I’ve bought stuff, they’ve helped me out when i needed it, all the employees are pretty understanding & very helpful. The manager Ramon is always lookin out & works with me. Will definitely keep coming back.

  I would like to leave the most positive review possible for the employee Victor Mendez. Mr. Mendez displayed expetional customer service, swiftness and grace in helping me find the item that I needed for the best price. Any time that I would need something from this particular location I will always ask for Mr. Mendez. I would like for the company to give Mr. Mendez the proper credit and recognition he deserves.   I came in today to buy my granddaughter a pair earrings and the service that i received was professional . The atmosphere there was energetic and amusing . I can see why they have so much business these employees know how to treat a customer and have fun at the same time !! I will be referring all my friends and family to this location.. Great Job !!!

  This new store manager Ramon, no sir. Definitely bring back Luis or someone who knows how to treat customers. Never had a problem with this place until now. I'd rather have you to be honest with me and say you're unable to take something cause you have to many of the product. Than lie in my face and tell me it was fake and ask your employee in Spanish to agree with you. I'll wont be back to do business here again. Know your products before you try to lie Mr. Ramon.

  Had a really big problem & thought for sure i was out of luck bc, you know, its a pawn shop. But manager, Ramon, made sure he got things straightened out and was able to help us out. Always good prices

  I have been dealing and wheeling here for more than 8 years. It is a pawn shop so expect some good prices and some not so good. They have always helped me out with loans. Bottom line its a good place to do business with. Hope they keep up the hard good work. So far so good.

  Since I moved close by I found this little gem! The whole staff is extremely amazing as far as customer service and wanting to please each customer that goes in. Everytime I go I'm greeted with a smile and hello and it feels good that some businesses still have respect for the fellow person. Also they always make me leave with a smile, TY for all the hard work you guys put in each day! Namaste🙏
