  Laura Tetrault was amazing through the whole mortgage process. As a first time home buyer I didn't know how much I didn't know; Laura figuratively took me by the hand and led me through the darkness until I found light! She made herself available to me day or night if any questions or concerns arose. When I misunderstood a part of the process and started to worry, she talked me off the ledge, explained the process, and made sure I was comfortable before allowing me to be on my way. Definitely, surely, without a doubt, indubitably returning to Laura for any future investment or mortgage needs.

  Great experience. Laura was on top of things from the start. Once we agreed on terms of the loan, I did not have to do anything except digitally sign a few documents and show up to closing. Everything was just handled as we discussed. No surprises, no hassles. She earned my trust and I would do business with Bay Equity and Redfin again.
