  Lady who is a blonde is very rude and called me a liar about certain things and said that I didn't needed to have a attitude when I was polite about it and pointed out that certain things were over priced and she said that I was wrong and I have an attitude problem and I don't need to be in HER store like she owns the place. I will tell everyone to never come there as long as she works there plus she doesn't need to undermine people especially like my dad and customers!! Or show off her gun, definitely lost a customer here!!

  Very rude. My fiancé walked in with items and didn’t even look at what he had just said no not today try again tomorrow. Very disrespectful and disappointing since this is the only pawn shop in town.

  Lady was very rude to me when I walked in. She didn’t even look at what I had. She just said we’re not taking those things and when I asked her what kind of things they bought, she gave me a smirk and chuckled all kinds of things just not your things. I highly recommend not going to this place unless you want to to be looked down the pond and marked.

  So sorry for your disappointment by not taking your items today. Unfortunately we are not always able to accommodate items that we would have a great deal of time invested in cleaning. We also evaluate items as to salability in this store. Please feel free to try letting us bid another item.

  My boyfriend and I bought a couple of Xbox controllers here. Took them home and tried them out and the right bumpers on both were sticking and one of them had a stick drift. On the receipt it said all sales are final as is so I was expecting to be refused or have to sell them back at a lower price than we bought them for. But they took them back no questions asked and gave me a full refund and then offered me the number for an inexpensive mechanic after overhearing me vent about my car. Very lovely ladies, very professional and they will be getting my business again. Thank you so much, you made my bad day a little better.

  Absolutely love doing business with them whether it's a pawn or buy. They have always been willing to work with me ever since day one no matter what! They are the only pawn shop I will deal with and have for so long we have gained a friendship!! Definitely recommend :)

  I have always had good experience at 4t pawn. The staff is very professional, very friendly, and they do work with you . I am a little shocked how this store gets a bad review because the door was closed on saturday at 6pm and you trying to get it.. Heck can these people get some time off too? I would never go anywhere else but 4T pawn

  I used to enjoy shopping for tools here. I showed up to this place 1800 on a Saturday. A vehicle was parked in front so I assumed they were still open. I went up to the front door, opened it and went in. I shouted are you still open, as it was dark. A voice Said "your going to get shot" I'm thinking some one is joking around as I come in all the time and have had great experiences. After I'm told that I'm going to get shot a dog comes rushing me, I go outside shut the door and keep it shut just enough that the dog can't get to me. Then shout " I'd like to buy a wrench" through the door. The LARGE lady that I spent a large sum of money with, just days prior to this yells " YOUR GOING TO GET SHOT!!!!" I look up and she is standing there holding her pistol. I'm in shock and leave. I would think if you are a business and closed for the day, 1 you lock the door. 2 you don't let a violent dog run loose with the door unlocked. 3 you don't pull a gun on a regular customer who has never done anything but treat you well. This lady is psycho and I will never return to this establishment until she is terminated. This is the customer service you get at this place.

  I have been in pawn shops from Alabama acriss the nation to Nevada abd as far nirth as Alaska. Your prices are very reasonable, with quality merchandise. Although the main reason for continued returning visits is the curtious and professional assistance from all the staff! I have not been in another store throughout my travels across the country that treated me any better!!!! Thank you for the good deals!! Keep up the good work!!!
