  Russell was so amazing to work with! He took time to break things down into easy to understand steps and was always willing to answer questions every step of the way. He was always quick to respond and even works on weekends (which when we needed to make an offer ASAP on the weekend, he was a lifesaver!). His personality is infectious, and you can tell he truly cares about the well-being of his clients. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.

  Scott is SUPER responsive whenever I had any questions: he either always answered his phone or returned calls and emails very quickly. Scott and his team are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. When he didn't have a sure answer, he was clear about it and he'd get back to us with the right answer very promptly. He's gained a lot of trust (especially when talking about these high numbers) and I feel that his expertise (along with his team) was key to deliver such a flawless mortgage. We're very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Scott and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of our friends and family.

  Scott is friendly. He works fast. He patiently reminded me what information and paperwork I needed to get to him. I originally reached out to him & he replied right away and sent the loan application. I started it, got distracted, didn’t work on it for while. He followed up asking if I was still interested in refinancing. I was, I completed application and he was able to save me $55k in interest over the life of my loan!
