  Working with Lissa was a wonderful experience! We started the house hunt rather quickly, and she got us pre-qualified in the blink of an eye.   Scott was incredibly communicative and always quick to respond. He helped us get the best refinance rate after checking over 5 different companies. And he did this all while on vacation in Hawaii and we still closed the deal in less than a few weeks, incredible work and service!   Lissa knows her stuff!! Any questions or concerns we had Lissa was able to address right away and get it taken care of. Our situation was a little tricky and we asked for Lissa's help after we had already started the process going a different route. Lissa explained all of our options and offered suggestions on what she thought would work best for our family based on what we were trying to accomplish.   Scott and Lisa did a great job in closing our home loan. We have a small business and during this Covid-19 pandemic, found it difficult to get a home loan. We started out trying to get a home loan with Unitus Credit Union and did not have a good experience. We switch to Bay Equity and thank God found Scott!
