  The Bay Equity team made the house buying process very simple and easy for a first time home buyer. The online portal made it very clear what documents were need from me and what stage in the process I was in. The team was very communitive when I move forward in the process and what to expect in the next stage.   Peter and his team delivered as promised. I had very specific guidelines which they adhered to. I also had surgery scheduled and wanted to have everything completed beforehand. They delivered and stayed in constant communication throughout the process. Peter is a man of integrity and works with a team with the same level of professionalism.
