  As a first time home buyer, I really had no idea what I was doing. Thanks to Gina and her team I am now a home owner!! Gina was absolutely the best person to work with throughout this process and I couldn’t thank her enough for all her hard work she did for us.   We used Tam Lending through Gina & she was absolutely amazing . She got us approved signed & finished in under 10 days after another company strung us along 6 months through stress , headaches etc. Gina & her team are top notch at their job . They are very down to earth straight forward amazing people who will get the job done . If you are a first time buyer or repeat buyer I would highly recommend using Gina and her team for any needs before anyone else ( especially online mortgage services ) trust me don't do it go with a local person that knows the area .
