  I am from out of state and have been in this office about 4 times . Every one is always so nice and helpful I want to thank Amanda especially for her help as I am a senior and not sure how to fill out deposit slip with the right numbers being with another credit union in Alabama. When I get moved down here I will be opening an account with Telco. Thanks to Amanda and Telco .

  During the night, there were several fraudulent charges on my Visa card. Laurie, Card Services Manager, handled my situation and settled my fears. Great service!

  Ms. Angela was fantastic. The credit union has some wonderful benefits and I should have made the switch a lot sooner. I do wish they were open on Saturdays, but the inconvenience is minor. I expect to be with them for many years to come.

  I had so many question when I went in today. Nicole was beyond helpful and knowledgeable with everything I needed help with! She was friendly and personable. She made the whole experience enjoyable and I left feeling so good about everything we took care of. I love this credit union!

  My experience was amazing! Mrs. Kate worked wonders for me and had so much patience. She told me everything I needed to know, and I walked out very pleased with my service! She deserves to be the best customer service rep!

  New Member. I had a few questions reg at my account. The rep was amazing. She took care of my issue and then called me back to check on me to make sure all was well and provided additional information and options. Love the core values this company has and the employees that carry them out.

  I got my truck refinance there mrs. Nicole was very helpful getting it done!!! She was very good at her job and let me know everything I needed and what I needed to do! Been dealing with telco for over 20years and always get great service! Everybody always knows what going on no matter what you doing there! Everyone is very good at their job! I would recommend br telco to everyone! Thanks

  The teller was a little rude in my opinion. She Kinda threw the sticky pad at me. But Ms Tanya in the back was very nice and super friendly. She helped me with my dispute and gave me a new replacement card.

  I was hysterical of who to believe and finally telco discovered why an auto debit,4 hrs back and forth.The vender update their system and went from 5 zip to 8.Therefore wrong address trying to get my money.Thank you all my telco people who used every ounce of empathy with me.
