      David was nice enough however something simple, but of value, was overlooked. When I caught this I immediately called back, provided the receptionist with the missing information and asked that David call me back. After their check cleared and I didn't hear back after two weeks I called them back and was told by the receptionist that I gave the missing info to that I should have dropped it off. (It was three small numbers) She then became rude and tried to blame me for them not calling me back and then hung up. Instead of getting a very simple and minor issue resolved they decided to treat me poorly.
