  These people don’t know what they’re doing. At all. They completely f’d up my taxes. Inserting wrong information, mixing up my personal info with my spouse, never seem to know what’s going on when I go in there. You’re better off paying someone to do your taxes professionally unless you want to spend the next few years fixing their mistakes.

  I went in 3 separate times, and they told me I needed a few different documents each time, I brought the documents back each time and made sure they were right and then the third time they told me to bring a certian 1099, specifically for my crypto. I brought it in and they told me they arent doing any crypto transactions.

  Apparently they are unable to do property taxes cryptocurrency and medical expenses. They appeared to be a unknowledgeable, illiterate, rude, and incompetent to complete our taxes. This is coming from the observance of the previous OIC of the base tax center Camp Lejeune.

  The base tax center is always worth it! We've used it for the last 5 years and haven't ever had issues. Mr Stubbs runs the center and checks every form to make sure it is correct and he really knows what he's doing. I love that the people are friendly, I know they are done right and it's free! We will miss it when we move for sure.

  Been going to the tax center aboard Camp Lejeune for over 24 years now. Always fast, correct, and professional. Highly recommend this place to all others out in town. I do my federal and state return around the end of January , and i usually get my federal back in about a week, unfortunately my state, North Carolina, they like to sit on them for a while, but i get that anywhere from 30 to 45 days.

  Wonderful! Lcpl. Ramirez was professional , easy to do business, and very thorough. Such a great experience and benefit to the military community.

  Showed up during normal hours, a piece of paper on the door said “closed due to systems issue”. There is no one inside trying to fix the problem. They are lazy and unreliable.
