      Many of the account representatives don’t know how their own system works and they can’t seem to follow directions.

      They are predatory and have been manipulating overdraft charges/deposits to gain overdraft fees. Even when you have overdraft protection turned off. A lawyer I spoke to recently said they are the worst bank you can use because of other predatory practices they employ. Do not use BFCU. Go anywhere else.

      They over draft you if your account goes under $200 and you will constantly have to call and have your card unlocked and I'm planning on closing my account with them as soon as they are open

      I've been with this credit union since August of 1999. They are great!! Customer service is great and they focus completely on whatever your issues may be.
