  Banner bank (CG branch) has always provided me with good quality service, no matter how large or small. I would recommend this bank to anyone and everyone. They are very accommodating.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. I Spent 2 hours trying to call them and never got ahold of them. Their customer service at this branch specifically is aweful. I have never had a good experience with them.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This is bar far the worst bank I have ever banked with. They are snobby stuck up and seem jealous of people who make more then them. We have thousands every couple of weeks going through this bank but after this final check clears we will close all accounts with them and never do business here again!

  Love Banner Bank! All the tellers are incredibly nice and helpful! Called the branch yesterday wondering if there were glitches with the bank (there wasn't!) but the person who answered the phone could not have been more pleasant! She went over my account, and did some double checking to make sure it wasn't the banks fault. Wonderful customer service!

  I have always had great service, all the tellers are very friendly and willing to help you with what ever you need.I have banked with them in Cottage Grove for about 19 years and never had any problems!! GREAT BANK

  I opened my first checking account here and so far it's the friendliest most professional bank I've been to. Everyone here seems to have really good memory!.

  I love the branches in Cottage Grove and Creswell but not happy with the Springfield branch!
