  Everything is perfect here , service , employees .... except one thing : the ATM always down , especially on weekends , very inconvenient . The bank should check every Friday before they go home . That's my opinion . Thank you !

  Avoid at all costs. One of the employees, 'Gina', is not only a stone cold theif and liar, but shes unreliable, unreasonable and rude. She creates excuses where results are needed. By far the worst bank ive ever done buisness with. Not worth it under any circumstance. At all.

  Gina Perez was the best! I had an issue with my debit card and she went out of her way to stay late so that the issue could be corrected I give her 5 stars she is always professional and very helpful!! Thank you

  I love the girls at the Renton branch. Especially Gina! They have always been so helpful and nice. I have been banking there for years.

  I had very odd experience with Banner Bank. They seem difficult to work with and focused on what is in it for them and not at the best interest of the customer.

  I bank with Banner Bank (Renton) and BECU I prefer Banner Bank. Gina is outstanding and always helpful!
