  Best bank branch in Lincolnwood Illinois. They follow up on fraud on your account in minutes. Bank calls you or e-mails you on the spot. Best Best customer service in any bank I have ever dealt with. In 20 years with bank they are the best.

  Waited in the lobby for almost an hour to see a banker even though there were 7 people working at the time and only one other customer, then asked for a manager, but he was way too busy, so after another 15 minutes we just left. One of the tellers was very nice and apologetic, that’s about the highlight. If you want a real bank just go across the street, if you have some shows to catch up on then this is defensively the place to do it

  Great bank, but please , edit control verifiers, check the Sunday hours. Their branch has been for decades until quite recently (November 2015), Lobby AND Drive-up hours at 10am to 2pm. Since December 2015, their hours shifted on Sundays from 10:30am to 2:30pm. Someone keeps reverting these to 9a to 1p which for Sunday which has never been their case. This is my second time editing this branch.
