  BMO Lincolnwood , Illinois bank branch has very professional and helpful personnel who are always willing to help. I had the expert help of a banker , Lina , who was wonderful.

  My account was locked for some reason and I went in to have it fixed. The female banker I spoke with didn't seem very professional and she lied to me. Whether or not she actually contacted the person she was supposed to I don't know because after weeks my account is still on credit only. I called today and was told someone from that branch would be calling in a few minutes. This was 30 minutes ago. I'm glad this happened because now I know to pull my money from BMO and go elsewhere.

  Waist of time it's 10pm parking is really dark no lights...no drive through atm(no problem not all the banks have drive through atm)parked my car went around the building and there's no ATM in the lobby as well. That's not right.

  Went to this location because I was in the area. I opened acct online, stopped in to gclarify things. The teller gave me wrong info and sent me to a personal banker. She then took me back to the teller standing behind the ropes loudly telling him I have the checking acct that does not allow overdrafts. Broadcasting to everyone in the bank my business. I will be closing this acct, just waiting to back to that location so I can tell her personally why.

  This specific Lincolnwood location the best by far I’ve been having a lot of trouble with BMO Harris Bank at other locations this location super professional super helpful

  I was able to open an account without much difficulty. It did take some time (about 45 min). Staff was very helpful. Parking is a bit challenging though.

  If I could I would do zero stars. The person who helped my was clueless and the manager is technically useless just stands there would not recommend this location to anyone
