Staff is not the same since Bank of the Ozarks bought it. They all act as if they are scared of losing their job. Nothing is handled locally except deposits. There are a bare minimum of employees here. When I go in it feels like the place is about to go out of business because there are so few people working there. If it wasn't so much trouble I would change banks all together. I'd rather bank at Friend Bank where someone knows me and acts happy to see me and they are happy to be there to serve me. I don't get that feeling at Bank of the Ozarks. It's sad because it used to be that way when it was locally owned and operated by local people.
