  We love Bank OZK! We have all of our banking needs done with them, from our personal to business. John Lang, John Rojas, & all their team members offer stellar customer service! You truly feel like family with them! They truly do care for you as more than a client of theirs. We love Bank OZK so much that we moved from Regions, who we banked with for over 20yrs, over to them. We were tired of the BS from Regions Bank. So happy we made the move to Bank OZK!!

  I have been a client of OZK since the beginning of 2018. I have to be honest - I loved my old credit union. But they made some changes that made mobile banking as a business owner very difficult. OZK solved those problems for me, and banking with them has been SO easy. I love the online deposits and the quick responses. Overall excellent experience.

  My experience at Bank OZK with Jasmine Nieves the Branch Manager was nothing short of exemplary ! The professionalism was what you expect and definately not what i have experienced at some other banks in the past. I highly recommend Bank OZK and Jasmine and her staff. Thank you for assisting me with my husbands birthday surprise it was incredible thanks to you!

  Professional, courteous, able to meet ALL your banking needs and FRESH baked cookies on Fridays. What more could you ask for? John Lang, Jason Osborne and the team at Bank OZK are top notch. Highly recommend them.

  I was very pleased with bank OZK. Jasmin greeted me as soon as I came through the front door and took very good care of opening the account that was appropriate for my needs. After going to another bank, having to get someone’s attention to find out where I should be, and waiting while consistently being told they would be right with me, bank OZK was refreshing and PROVED we don’t have to accept that kind of NOT customer service. They have many free services and are convenient. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you bank OZK.

  I love this bank!! John Lang at the Palmetto office is incredibly helpful. The people at all the branches are super friendly and helpful. John has helped me with several accounts and he is always accommodating with my schedule. He is very knowledgeable about banking and the service is great!

  John Lang of Bank OZK treats me like family. The banking experience at OZK is not like a typical bank. I walk in and I feel as though I am at “ Cheers”. Everyone is your friend and everyone has my back. I strongly recommend John Lang and OZK!

  John Lang is the best. I knew him for two years before I opened an account with him and he was nothing but friendly and professional the whole time. When I was finally ready, the process was surprisingly simple and John either handled the issues or clearly explained it and made it easy. Way to go OZK!

  Bank OZK is great. I deal with the Palmetto Branch often and they are always polite, helpful and accommodating. Very courteous of my time and friendly. I highly recommend.
