  When I told my Real Estate Agent that I was going with Inlanta Mortgage she smiled. I know why. Yvette Clermont and her team were just perfect. First of all, they knew we were shopping for a Condo and contacted us. We had doubts if we could qualify with a low down payment? Yvette looked at our situation and reassured us immediately. From that point forward, they were on top of everything, even recommending an alternative company with a much lower home insurance quote when our regular insurer came in high. All went smooth and we closed on the condo in less than 60 days! I can highly recommend Yvette and the Inlanta Team!

  This is the best team you will ever find or need. And I do mean team. That's just how they work and I truly appreciated it too. I had what appeared to be a very difficult closing since I lived in 1 state while buying in another. Now throw in the fact it was a short sale home. I was a nervous wreck and they continued to make me feel at ease and assured all would go well. It did and I owe them a bigger THANK YOU than I could ever really show.
