      I spoke with Doug, a private banker exactly one week ago about opening up a special account that can only be done by banking treasury managers. He promised me a call back the next day to discuss next steps. It is exactly one week now and I have not heard from him. Unprofessional is an understatement. Not only will you NEVER get my business, but I Have told my NEW bank about your unprofessional business practices, as well as anyone who will listen. Caveat Emptor, people. If they can’t return a simple phone call to someone making a large deposit, do you really think they will care about your money?
