  Not so much downgrading this branch but just Bank OZK as a whole. My account was over drafted and not even over drafted for maybe 12 hours and I was charged with an overdraft fee. Most banks it’s a 24 hour limit. Put money in my account to make sure I didn’t get a fee, checked my account and I was in the positive again but the next day they still took out the overdraft fee. They told me it didn’t show in their system until after their time limit. How does it show up on my account but not in your system? The people working at the bank are just doing their job but this bank in general is terrible. I’m canceling my account ASAP.

  My family has used this bank for 6 years. We love the friendliness of the employees. They know us by name and remember who we are. We have checking, savings, and a couple loans with them. We do all of our basic financial stuff with them because we know they will treat us right. We have never had any problems and they have always been proactive in protecting our assets. I've had accounts at other banks along with Bank of Ozarks. I decided to move almost everything to Bank of Ozarks simply because they are always top notch in every way.

  So I don't bank with OZK anymore (I moved away from their region), but the staff there is extremely helpful and friendly. I needed to have a transaction from my old account looked up, and they were able to get it to me very quickly even when I wasn't able to get them too much info about it. They earned their 5 stars from that alone.

  This branch is so kind and respectful and genuinely a pleasure to work with. I feel safe banking with them and I look forward to our interactions in the future. Their employee Stephan is the person I deal with primarily and he is truly a joy.

  I love the employees. They go out of their way to assist you in any way they can. They even greet me by name at the branch I use the most. They have a small town feel. They treat you like a customer, not an account number. Love it!!!

  This bank branch is awful to work with. I highly recommend going to the Bentonville branch where you will receive efficient and friendly service.
