  Absolute thieves. They put a 12 day hold on my deposit just because they could. I didn’t pay a lot of attention when they bought out my bank a few years ago, but as it turns out they are thieves. Do not leave your money with them, they will come up with any reason to not let you have it when you need it, they would rather you not have access to your money and be stuck on the side of the road somewhere with no access to your money to get home then do the right thing and let you use YOUR money.

  My experiences have always been awesome with Bank OZK. Recently I had a really awesome experience with Hiliary, she was extremely helpful and sweet! There's awesome work that goes on in this bank!

  I bank at OZK specifically for Amanda. While the entire staff is sweet, She consistently provides service that goes above-and-beyond the normal. She is an asset to the company - I hope Corp. realizes that!! ❤️

  This trash can is a bad excuse for a bank. A terrible staff on top of a terrible management system is not the formula for an award winning bank. There are so many better options so please do not waste time and effort at this dumpster fire of a bank. Bank of the Ozarks, Bank OZK whatever you want to call it, it's still terrible and always will be. Go back to Arkansas where it always smells like meth and obesity.
