      The drive thru is a complete joke now!! They need to move a younger person in the drive thru to allow a better flow. Everyone's time is valuable and should not be taken for granted! The drive thru has been consistently slowwwww for months now. Its time for me to move to another bank!

      This is a great, personal community bank. Only bank that I have been to with a Customer Appreciation Day where they feed you lunch and send you home with tomato plants. First Friday in May every year. Very friendly with great service.

      I got schamed.I only lost $400 .Lisa and the rest of employees were so understanding and did what they could to help me get a new account set up. This is a great bank . Wanda

      Trying to renew safety deposit box. No one answers phone to tell me how to do this. I called dawsonville. 53. Branch and another time got sent to main switchboard and was just put on hold. Terrible place to bank because of this

      I have to admit , everyone at United Community Bank really make you feel welcome , not because they're trying to get your buisness, the atmosphere just makes you feel so relaxed , I was impressed with the way they handled my loan that I will definitely be doing buisness with them again
