  Went to cash my son’s school check and received above and beyond customer service by Karin (spelling?) She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I am very satisfied with my first visit at OZK and thanks to Karin’s fast and efficient service they have gained 2 new clients! Thank you!

  After Wells Fargo robbed me and created a fake account in my name I developed a serious mistrust in banks. I decided to give Bank of The Ozark's a try. Overall, other than a glitch with my debit card that wasn't on the bank's end, I am satisfied. Eli went out of his way to accommodate me, and explained everything. I feel good about the decision to bank here.

  On 10/11/19 I was on vacation enjoying my coffee from my hotel room, I checked my bank account only to find my bank (Navy federal) for the 3rd time dealing with a major shut down no phones, no internet access and no way to pay for anything! I’m 400 miles from home and no access or use of my debit card it’s a scary feeling, 9:30 am I Texted Lisa DeVito I explained my situation and asked her to open an account on my behalf. By 2 pm I had a new Bank OZK I couldn’t ask for better service. Have no fear these professionals at Bank OZK especially Lisa are 2nd to NONE. Thank you Lisa!

  Wow..!! Above and beyond normal banking. Super friendly , so knowledgeable and they actually enjoy helping you with all your needs.. no matter how big or small.. Everyone is great..!!! Ask for Debby or Diane... These ladies will go out of there way to help you .. The best banking experience I have had in 35 years...!!!!

  Extremely rude. I made a very simple request, to buy a roll of quarters. It was refused, because I'm not a current customer. Rudeness and stupidity is WHY I'm not a customer anymore.
