      Horrible service! NMLSR ID 437144 was so unprofessional. He never got back to us about our loan or anything. Ill never go here again. If you want communication and professionalism go to another bank!

      The tellers here are very nice and professional. I don't understand why such a low rating! I bet a bunch of people are upset because they can't budget or plan their finances properly. Don't be blaming someone else for you inability to understand banking. Maddie and Millie send their pugs kisses, ladies! 😍

      We have many "5th 3rd bank" using clients and use that bank regularly. Lately our business (my brother and myself) have been receiving checks from some new clients (we are in the construction, handyman, painting, concrete, drywall, tile, pressure washing and many other trades business, we do it all) who use Bank of OZK and every one I have used is nice. The parking lots are big, and usually have shade. The bank tellers are professional and nice. Entrance to this particular bank is easy to see, and has plenty of room. Thanks Bank of OZK for your service. I will use this bank again.

      Wouldn't cash the check I received from someone that banks with BANK OF OZK, wouldn't tell me why, so I went to my bank and Amscot and they wouldn't cash it either because bank of ozk never canceled the process, meaning it is saying that the check is in the process of being cashed, horrible, now I have to wait till Monday to sort this out .
