  I can't remember the last time that I was asked if I had an account with a bank. Just to purchase a roll of quarters. i have been with the same bank since 2005 and they treat everybody with respect. If I am ever interested in changing banks. It will most certainly not be Bank Of Utah! Terrible Customer service!!!

  Being brand new to Utah my girlfriend and I needed a new bank. After researching we narrowed it down to a specific Credit Union and Bank of Utah. We went to Bank of Utah first. The first thing I saw on the door wasn't a sign that said "welcome" it was a sign that said "no public restrooms." I needed to use the restroom. We immediately stopped and went and opened 5 accounts at Mountain America Credit Union. What kind of business operates and DEPENDS on the public but doesn't have a public bathroom? That feature alone is enough to represent what your bank is all about. Very unfortunate.

  I love the people at Bank of Utah. I hadn't been in to the bank in about five years, was wanting to reopen an account and they remember me and my daughter. They are always friendly and helpful. Always a great experience.

  Convenient location, with a friendly staff. They also carry padded(like a sticky note) $1’s! Hard to find else where.

  I have had an account with the Bank of Utah since I was a child. I now have 3 accounts with them including my business checking! My mortgage was done through this branch and nothing could have made it any smoother!
