      Seriously the upper management are completely incompetent at this branch. They hold checks, carry no coins and lock the doors and only allow 1-2 people in. The funny thing is this kind of clown show has been going on for months. Go to bank of the west brea!

      I hate going into this branch! The head “service” officer Naysin Soto has NO idea about customer service. She barely cracks a smile and is very argumentative, instead of being helpful. I have witnessed her with a bad attitude towards customers and myself many times. Other branches have much better customer service.

      This has to be the worst bank in California every single time I go there it takes for Ever!!! everybody standing around and nobody helps the customers. Or their computers are down every other week

      Bank does not open at 9am... Manager was in his car at 9am, then they needed to get things ready before letting people In... finally opened at 910am.
