  The bank staff are helpful and knowledgable. I applied for a HELOC loan and the rate was better than the other banks at the time. We plan to complete projects on the house and having the loan will facilitate getting the work done more quickly and spreading out the cost.

  Leo is super kind and helped us with what we needed. He even got my original bank to contact me asap to the situation. *I can't say that with the business bank Indian lady, she is extremely rude. Talks over you and then tries to sell you products as a solution instead of fixing it. After making complaints she lies and told me that she will help fix the issue* I had to come back to talk to Leo instead. Easy as that I had to talk bad about her when she sat next to where Leo is stationed at. How embarrassing for all of us.

  I always have issues when I come to this location. I'm always getting stared at. I've been talked to in a condescending way. I shouldn't have to threaten to close by account to get decent service. Now it's happened more than once so I know it wasn't just a teller having a bad day. Now someone else in my family just closed their acct bc she couldn't take the disrespect anymore. I usually go to the coppell location and I'm treated very well. Im greeted everysingle time i walk in. If I have an issue they help me resolve it or find someone to help me. I've never been told "call customer service and they can help you" now I shouldn't be leaving the bank with unresolved issues. No one should be talked down to or made to feel uncomfortable. If you haven't yet, go to coppell location and you will feel the difference.

  I like this bank. This is the same bank I financed my house with and I have a couple of accounts with them as well. Good people found here at this branch
