  Pam is amazing and has always taken care of my needs and has went above abs beyond for anything I may have needed. I even get calls periodically to check and see if everything is good and if I need anything! All the girls at the bank have taken very good care of me.

  Do not do business with BoK. I am the legal guardian for my elderly mother. She had a small fire at her home and included in the insurance payment was a small depreciation amount due my mother b/c there was damage to brick which could not be repaired. BoK was included as a payee b/c my mother had a small (less that 20% of value of home) mortgage which was up to date. BoK refused to endorse the check due to the monies due back to my mother. We had to hire an attorney and it took NINE (9) months to get them to endorse the check. The contractor was on the verge of suing my mother for non-payment!! Beware (This review is of BoK Corporate HQ)

  Never going to this place again they closed my account down whenever my husband kept telling them not to we called the hotline and a lady answered and kept saying she's going to close it and that we can't do anything about it.
