I used to bank with the bank of Jackson until I got a job at a competing bank and it was just easier to switch. I will say that they have excellent staff who are extremely friendly. But they had one too many times that data was breached and I was forced to get a new card for my liking. It's an all around great bank and they may have just had some issues with the card provider not being up to snuff. Great people, great hometown feel.

The people at this bank actually go out of their way to help their customers. They make you feel like family which I have not experienced with any other bank. Enjoy going in with people saying hi and smiling. That is exceptional in today’s society.
