      Sat with a banker. Took her an hour to replace a debit card for my dad. In the meantime, my father asked if she can take a deposit. she told him no use the atm. (Deposit slips clearly on her desk) Then, he asked if she could help him get started on his online banking. Couldn’t help with that either. Overall, felt like the service embarrassing.

      This is the most ineffective bank I have ever visited. They were short staffed which I inderstand could happen. But the man who seems to be the guy in charge (in the office) is busy making small talk with his customers (friends) while there are customers waiting for service. I will soon be looking to take my business elsewhere!

      This branch is too hard for every visit. The other branches are really friendly and easy to understand while explaining banking, and this is a point where employees are trying to teach you what's not going to be like they're on top of customers and never really want to visit again.

      Staff response is very unfriendly. I don't understand why the deposit account should come to change coins. It's a bank I really don't want to do business with.
