Chris Boughnou1Marc has great service but this bank has serious limits on what you can do trying to pull 7k out to buy a car is a 2 day process with 5k a day limit management says meh to your situation, ohh and if you want to be spoken to like you are a child Ethan the only white guy at the location he can definitely make you feel Belittled with his condescending attitude and tone. would definitely recommend waiting in line for his unique customer support that he brings the branch.

Charles Bohe5I recently opened a savings account at this branch and have made half a dozen visits. Excellent service. COVID screen and social distancing layout very efficient. Lobby was very clean, tellers friendly, caring and helpful. Parking very accessible. I am very satisfied with my experiences so far at this branch.

Wave Rider4I love Bank of Hawaii, but it's really hard and it takes a very long time to get them on the phone. I know they are probably under staffed and very busy but it would be nice for them to pick up the phone and just tell us we will get to you momentarily then just let us listen to nice music without the music being interrupted ever 30 seconds telling us we are still on hold. I love all the people who work at the Waianae branch and this is the only thing I would change about the bank. Thank you for listening.

I Won5The folks at the Waianae location have always been pleasent, been using bankoh since the 80s, never had an issue and really like the atms that let you make deposits or withdrawals...Aloha!

Bonnie1Some of the Bank Tellers aren't so "customer service friendly". They don't offer some things that other Bankoh do but yet it's BANK OF HAWAII?! Glad I closed out my account. I'll take my money elsewhere.
