      I do a lot of my banking at Bank of Hawaii. Great service. There is a foyer with the ATM machines. Inside was spotlessly clean, lines were short or no line. Outside parking was easy with ample parking. Short walk from Jack in the Box and Starbucks. T-Mobile is also located just a few minutes from the bank. The visit to this branch was a very pleasant experience.

      This is probably the worst branch when it comes to helping customers. Always a long line & not enough tellers. It’s annoying to be in line & stand there watching the lady at the desk do nothing rather than get up & help the tellers out with moving the line. In here nearly weekly & it’s the same thing long line, 2 tellers, lady at the desk doing nothing. Also new faces working in there with no personality or no professional curtsey. Manager there is nice but feel bad for her. She runs all over trying to help as much as she can but again lady at the desk just chillin watching

      I like bank of Hawaii but the customer service here sucks and also the manager ignored me instead of answer a simple question. She shouldn’t be a manager if she doesn’t know how to handle a situation. They have inexperience people to help you. Thanks for wasting my time.

      Hands down, WORST BRANCH in Hawaii. And that manager lady whos desk is cluttered with decorations and knick knacks will ruin your day in a heartbeat. JUST DRIVE TO SAFEWAY EWA BEACH, and have a great day!
