Brooke Bryant3Communication seems to be an issue with this branch. Mortgage officer himself was nice, but underwriter kept requesting documents that I had already sent multiple times. On the closing date that they chose, they were not ready - I had to cancel my notary appointment, and they had to send a mobile notary to my house at 9:30pm that evening (while I had guests over) to close the transaction in time for end of month. Duplicate surveys were also done on the property for purchase because they didn't communicate with the title company about it - we kept getting threatening emails from the title company's surveyor when we had already paid the lender's surveyor, and had no idea two surveys were done until we called all parties involved and figured it out. They did take care of it, but my advice: hold them accountable for communication along the way.

We always give regular and consistent updates throughout the complete loan process, and you and I had many communications during and after business hours throughout the entire process. On the closing day, Title was not ready within with the time allowed by your in-office notary so they paid to have the mobile notary come to you to get it closed that day at the time at the time requested. Regarding the survey, because your loan was a refinance, no survey was required or completed on your home. I believe you are referring to the survey for the home that Kevin is buying. I have forwarded you the email I sent to title last November informing them I was ordering the survey and they did not need to. They later ordered a 2nd survey by mistake. I provided this information to them right away after they asked me about it and I did not hear any more from them about it, so I believed they had taken care of the error on their end. I’m sorry if you got calls from that 2nd surveyor and if that is still an issue, please let me know and I will take care of it with the title company that ordered it.
