  Filled out the application online and got there to speak with someone regarding our loan application. Greg told Mr. Coy to tell us we were not approved and per Greg he "tried" contacting me when I do not have one single message/missed call from him. It was just a horrible experience and then to top it all off we were told this in public no type of privacy whatsoever. Might as well just shouted it across the room.

  I have banked here for over 20 years, my mother opened an account here when the bank opened over 30 years ago. This is a hometown bank with hometown service. They know you by name and treat you as family, always. I’ve done several loans with Jimmy over the years and always a no hassle and easy transaction. Kudos to the whole team at Bank of Desoto, always a pleasure.

  I have been a customer since 2012, I have had all good experiences, very personable. Almost no red tape, down to earth, very community oriented, dont let a very bad apples spoil good business

  Horrible experience !! I called in to get info on how to send some of my customers who need financing .. I Did not receive the info I was looking for and ask if maybe there was someone else I could speak to in regards to this. Mr. Carlos Coy felt it was more appropriate to just Hang up in my face . Worst customer service I've recieved in 15 years in Finance. Horrible Horrible...

  I switched to Bank of DeSoto 7 years ago because of red tape and "I don't care" attitude at former banks handling my personal and business accounts. Everything is much easier here, and the people obviously care about my business and my time. I am very pleased.

  Deceased parent acct. cannot be accessed by grief stricken family. Sandy Booth & Elizabeth Alstrin refuse to accept Court issued Letters Testamentary because first name on Letters is Joseph, and first name on acct. Is Joe. Because of this, our grieving family now have to consult with an attorney in effort to retrieve money we own. In short, Bank of DeSoto has stolen our inheritance. I recommend you choose your financial institution wisely. Ask many questions. And above all, put your hard earned money anywhere except Bank Of DeSoto. They make it extremely difficult to get back.
