  So I wake up this morning to do some of my bills and come to realize my savings account at the bank is just gone. No explanation no email no text. Just no account. Obviously, I contacted them. Spoke with them about the issue to no avail. The customer service representative with whom I spoke was lazy, uncaring, passive aggressive, and smarmy. In truth, I decided on the bank of Colorado several years ago due strictly to a lack of options in Estes Park. I’ve been both a banker and a stockbroker and this is not how you do this. I personally have five different friends who have left the bank within the past six months because of issues like this. Appears maybe I should’ve known better. Never been blown off by a bank like this in my life. UPDATE I did hear back from leadership and they were earnest in their attempts to investigate and make things right. I appreciated the effort, but I am electing to leave. The bank no longer serves my needs, but at least someone there cared enough to call me at home to resolve. One star now three.

  Their online customer service keeps you for over an hour on wait time and then closes the session without responding and it’s a waste of time.

  Terrible management they Illegally transferred money out of my checking account due to their error. management won’t correct tell me it’s not their fault. When actually the manager herself and her employee Matt went about things without making a phone call and just saying we’re going to do it. This manager should not even have a job. Terrible terrible service thank you bank of Colorado

  This bank is amazing! The manager is extremely friendly and helpful! I was in a bit of a pickle and panicked, she made me feel so at ease and went out of her way to help me! Thank you soooo much!!

  My experience has been wonderful. Tellers are friendly and couteous, when I call in they're willing to help and take care of my needs. Please don't change, I enjoy my trips to the bank.
