  I have worked with a few different banks in the state of Florida and only one other bank that is no longer in business has ever given me the personal attention that Bank of Central Florida has since I joined them last year. Trey Barnett and Jenny Garcia make an amazing team and banking with them so easy, they really stand by their word when they say they are just a phone call or email away to assist you in your banking needs. I recommend this bank to all my family and friends.

  When my family moved to Lakeland in 2013 we landed with Bank of Central Florida because they had a lot in common with our former bank, which was Bank of Tampa. We have received exceptional service from day one and it's truly a pleasure working with them. They value us as an account and it shows every time we might need their help or support. We love BOCF!

  I can't say enough good thing about Bank of Central Florida. The staff are amazing, friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and important to be part of their bank.   WOW. I cannot say enough great things about this bank. It feels like a family-owned bank (not a giant corporate one) and they treat you like that. I have used this bank to help me process two life-changing PPP Loans for my small businesses and the speed, courtesy, and effectiveness of their process was mind blowing compared to a similar process with a larger bank. I highly recommend Bank of Central Florida for ALL your business banking needs.

  This is my first bank and I love it. Their customer service is amazing and the staff is super friendly. I go to the bank and they know me by name. This bank is one that I recommend and I will be keeping this bank. One thing I do hope in the future is they open more locations possibly on the north side of Lakeland and install atm's where you can deposit cash. I also hope they can issue temporary cards while your permanent card is issued

  We have Banked with BOFCF for over 10 years now. We have appreciated an on going Business lending relationship with our Real Estate rehab business with them and also have enjoyed banking on a personal level . The friendly staff, personal attention, quick responses to issues or questions and mutual trust in our banking relationship have been all added value! Not to leave out NO HIDDEN or extra FEES ! Highly recommend you Bank with them!

  I think the services at Bank of Central Florida are outstanding with one exception...the “temporary” closure of the Winter Haven branch, which has gone far beyond temporary. This has left me no option to deposit cash and the only alternative is to drive 18 miles each way to Lakeland off South Florida Avenue, when I need to do a cash deposit.
