      Against-the-grain good. I use Bank of Cashton for my HSA, and all of my contact with them is via phone or email. An actual human being always picks up the phone, employees are cheerful and helpful, attention is truly prompt. We bank with USAA, Chase, and Bank of America, and I can say that Adam, who is in charge of the Health Savings Accounts with Cashton, has been the friendliest, most professional and knowledgeable rep I have had the pleasure of working with.
