      I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last thing I did. I have been a client of BOA for 30+ years and have several investments within the bank. I attempted to get a loan to build an addition to my property and it was the worst experience of my life. Not only was a told 10 more days or 1-3 more weeks or 6 weeks SEVERAL times over MONTHS, but I also had to submit the SAME documents THREE times. No joke, (3) times. Finally, after months of waiting Jessica (who mind you there must be 5 different "Jessicas"), called to tell me a decision had been made, but she couldn't tell me what it was and I'd just get a letter in the mail 7-10 days later. Then I noticed my application had been closed. So I called the number to find out what was going on. The man I spoke with should not have a job anywhere. He was extremely rude and I found out that they STILL did not have the correct income. He gave me one reason that it got denied, he claimed our current residence only appraised for a certain amount, which no one ever even came out to our house, so how would they even have a clue? And I know for a fact our home appraises for 100k over what they said because we paid for it to be done not long before I started this process. Then he said that wasn't it, it was for another reason, then after I questioned that, he gave me yet ANOTHER excuse. When questioned about that he could not give us an answer and tried to say he'd call back tomorrow and eventually just hung up after asking several times what that had to do with getting the loan. He was just fishing for reasons at this point. Honestly, if it were me, I'd pull all your accounts folks. I'd pull everything you have from this bank and go somewhere else. It doesn't matter how long you've been with them you're just another number and they don't care. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

      This is the third location I’ve been today to try to deposit in their Night Deposit box and it was LOCKED! What is the point of having these if this company won’t make them available 24/7! I will be switching to a bank or credit union that will offer this option because I shouldn’t be FORCED to enter the building to make a simple deposit!!!

      The line is 20 people deep and yall have 1 teller at the window. 4 or 5 other bankers in the lobby greeting people,or standing there staring at the walls. What are yall doing? This is poor management and allocation. This is outta control. Will be looking into switching banks soon i dont have time to wait here for an hour and a half while yall stand around doing nothing

      This has to be the worst bank/customer service I have EVER experienced. They give you misguided information and have no urgency to dispute matters when it comes to deposits (especially branch managers: Marcus Stanley). Now I see why they have such a low rating for this location. I shouldn't have to keep calling repeatedly to handle a matters concerning MY money. Please do not bank with this location! They are horrible and the tellers have no idea what they are doing!

      Went to this bank today after a mobile deposit failed to post to my account, or "reversed funds" (thats what boa calls it when they reject a check implying that they gave the money to you already, which they didn't, how can you reverse something that never happened). After talking with customer service they sent me here, they said the bank could cash my check and i could deposit it so the funds would be avaliable so i could pay my lawyer, when the payment was due yeaterday. The bank is 45 mins from my house which is inconvienant, but what choice did i have, they used to have banks in my town but they shut them down to "better serve their urban base". I get to the bank and the teller lady refuses to cash my check because i dont have funds in my account to cover the check. Now i could understand if this was a personal check, but this was a check from my employer that ive deposited every two weeks with a check number in the 18,000's, but the conversation never even got that far, the teller instructed me to go to the institution the check was from and bring it back cashed to them, since i didnt have funds in my accpunt to back the check in case it bounced which is absurd, which is a huge inconvienance because i live so far away, that would eat 4 hours of my day. I wouldnt even have to go through all this if i hadnt used their app, and no one could tell me why my check was rejected and if i deposited it again there was no garuntee it would go through. To add insult to injury they charge me a 12 dollar processing fee every month (when i used to have free checking) i guess for not processing my checks. Thanks for having my back, guess ill have to switch banks because processimg checks is too hard fpr you guys, you have a 2.4 google review as im writing this, so im not alone feeling disrespected by this bank.

      Went to Bank of America on camp bowie an the front teller or receptionist is very rude, I ask her a question and was not finish telling her the details when she told me call customer service they will help you, we can not do everything here for you. It's not the first time she does that.

      Wayyyy too few tellers for being the only B of A in the immediate area. Came at an odd hour and waited 20 minutes in line to cash a check.

      Horrible experience in this bank first, the teller Nancy older caucasian lady, assumed that I stole the card because I was Hispanic. She made me feel very unwelcomed in this location. I will be calling the corporate office and her management in this location

      Horrible bank deposited my check last Friday still waiting on check to be released. It's a check I've been getting 9 yrs now so what's the hold up. Nobody has a legitimate answer to why my funds are not available. Do not bank with this bank its not america's bank and not for hard working people.
