  Johanna, bank manager goes the extra mile for her clients. She is kind and generous to give her time and attention to any of my families banking needs. We have 6 accounts there and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our accounts. Thank you BOM Pawleys Island and Johanna!

  Done with using Bank of America ... only location within 20 minutes of where I live and they close M-F at 4pm (both lobby & drive thru) ... how can anyone ever go there to get a cashiers check when I get off at 4pm M-F ... you would think they would have extended drive thru hours at least on Fridays ... anyhow time to change everything over to South Atlantic ... thanks for nothing

  SLOW! 1 person working the counter and line out the door at 10:30 am! Took me 30 minutes to have a simple check cashed.

  This branch keeps closing with a sign that gives no explanation of why they are closed or when it will open again. During normal times they have minimum hours and a small staff. Very frustrating when trying to run a business and personal banking both. The staff is always very nice, but BofA seems to always have a new annoying rule and gives less services and less incentive to stay with them. They act like I work for them instead of the other way around. I am considering leaving this bank after 25 years.

  Do not come here if you are in a hurry. Especially the drive-thru. If they aren’t understaffed then the tellers are all busy doing other bank related tasks instead of prioritizing customer transactions while upper management lingers around oftentimes apologizing. Unfortunately, it is the only location nearby.

  I'm sure the service with actual humans is fine but please fix the ATM. Every single time I attempt to deposit cash, I run into problems with it accepting money. This time I was completely unable to after multiple attempts. I'm happy to change my review once this issue has been resolved. Edit: It appears the ATM issue has been fixed. Changing my review.

  If you need an actual human, anything more than the ATM, the hours are terrible. Not open on the weekends, good luck if you work 9-5
