  Worth place ever, almost 30 min standing in line and still have 4 people in front of me, only one person working behind window, but 2 people were just sitting behind desk and talking

  This location is a joke 3 days I came here and wait was over 3 hours called customer service they hold time was 49 minutes and whoever Erica assistance is sure ain’t no Siri or Alexa she is no help. I’m very sorry I opened a account here fro direct deposit not happy at all and it’s not even a week and I been doing nothing but waiting to get help

  They are EXTREMELY busy on Saturdays. I was fine with this because they were the only bank open in the area, just be ready for a long wait (we're talking 20 minutes to an hour depending).

  This bank is the worst bank ever. Horrible service very slow. Don't even bother making an appointment they dont matter to these people anyways. I will never come to this location ever again

  This is ridiculous I spent almost 2 hours to get a code for a wire the lady was speaking Spanish with one customer the whole time ignoring everyone else in the line

  Wait 50 minutes for a transfer . Everything is too slow . There is only one person working behind the window Even they have three windows. I would like to give them zero start if I can

  Worst experience when ever I go, I feel like they discriminate people with rules. They make exceptions to open accounts but no exceptions when you try to operate. They don't respect the ID's issued by the state government.

  Thank God i am not a member here.....my daugjter who is had to come in and get a new debit card.....was told it would be an hour wait....well here it is 90 mins later and other peoe have been helped who walked in and the main reason its all a mess is the check in woman....she will be doing rhi gs for others who walked in so tbey dont have to wait....then one of the desk people was trying to get next name to help and she ignored her....so then tje deak lady started helping people with atm ....outside so she ia not standing around.....so when told some people who are next ( been waiting 20 minutes) i questioned her and started rambling typical answers and qhen i challenged her on all her points that were bs....others started nodding and she just walked away.....SHE IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON EVER$!!!!!!!

  Worst financial institution to make your business with, they don't have enough staff, the service is horrible, no sense of urgency, no sense of nothing, they just don't care, and Bank of America should put some extra help in this branch.
